Stiffel Center, South Philadelphia — social center of broad-ranging opportunities for vital adults who seek programs and friendships
The Veterans Group, Powelton Village — provides shelter and rehabilitation services to homeless U.S. veterans

2009-2010
S.H.A.R.E., Hunting Park — a program where people get a break on their grocery bills by exchanging volunteer time for the opportunity to buy affordable food
St. Luke's Seweryn Chapel House, Glenside — a community center dedicated in memory of Steve Seweryn, our former executive director

Face to Face, Germantown — a comprehensive program that provides weekend meal, after-school and camp programs for children, and health, legal, and social services
Logan CDC Carlton Simmons Computer Technology Center, Logan — Offers free computer and internet access, as well as computer training programs and workshops to members of the Logan community
JCC Klein Branch, Northeast — a community-centered environment with cultural, educational and recreational programs for all ages and interests

Face to Face, Germantown — a comprehensive program that provides weekend meal, after-school and camp programs for children, and health, legal, and social services
New Creation Lutheran Church, Philadelphia — after-school program, food pantry and community-based outreach
NIM (Neighborhood Interfaith Movement), Germantown — assists children, families, and vulnerable and older adults acting in alliance with 53 Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, Unitarian, and Muslim congregations
St. Vincent DePaul Warehouse, Juniata Park — thrift store and other services for the community
Southwest Community Enrichment Center, West Philadelphia — community-based human service organization that provides a broad range of programs to the Kingsessing section of Philadelphia

Take it to the Streets Food Ministry, West Philadelphia — a mobile bread and meal preparation and delivery organization

Families Are Victims Too, West Philadelphia — youth development program and counseling and support center for crime victims' families
New Creation Community Center, Philadelphia — after-school program, food pantry and community-based outreach
St. Mary's Villa for Women and Children, Ambler — care and education for special-needs children
